Therefore, it is very important for us that you read this text detailing which personal data we use and for what purpose, and that you demonstrate a clear understanding of ISRI's obligations as the "Data Controller" responsible for administrative and technical security.

Why am I reading this text?

Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), which came into force on April 7, 2016, requires that individuals whose personal data is processed (used) be informed by the "Data Controller" who uses this data. As the Data Controller, we are also obliged to prove that you have been informed about the personal data we will process about you.

What personal data is used and how is it obtained?

As ISRI, we obtain your personal data within the scope of this disclosure text through digital means (referred to as "automatic" method in KVKK) when you visit our website.

What rights does KVKK give you?

KVKK provides you with many rights to enable you to have control over your personal data, including but not limited to:

  • Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Requesting information if it has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Knowing third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Requesting correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data.

How can you exercise your rights?

If you wish to exercise your stated rights, you can submit your requests to us in writing (for example, through a notice or registered mail) or through your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the e-mail address you have previously provided to us and registered in our system.
